Yes, having the company thats suppose to supply a much needed cash infusion to NAK to pay for the permitting feasibility studies and whatever else NAK is trying to squirm out of them has to have the people doing these reports wondering if they'll get paid for their efforts or will end up suiing NAK for lack of payment.

Not a good sign indeed.

Like youve said, if FM is halted tomorrow,

look out below, shareholders may become jumpers
