You may be exactly right on this.

I am concerned that these PURCHASE ORDERS are just the actual call off orders form the $3m CONTRACTS won earlier.

The devil is in the details. I hope shareholders are keeping track of new contracts vs purchase orders so we can reconcile the 10Q when it comes out.
