I stand corrected thanks for the information. I am still on the Q1 or Q2 of 2018 for good financials with from what I said in the past is holding until the end of the 2018 year. Go VDRM

ViaDerma's fiscal year-end has always been December 31. This info is clearly stated in the filings, and on the OTC Profile page.

Annual Report is due 90 days after year end.

I don't understand, are you suggesting that VDRM's year ends on March 31? OTC Markets/VDRM shows their year end as December. Check this web site.
