Waze, what you might wish to do is validate your statements regarding Berthold and his stock holdings prior to posting.
If you would actually do so, you would immediately determine and be able to provide all of us with FACTS instead of supposition.
Berthold in FACT has only a couple thousand common shares, that is not very much.
