Right. We are currently at 415 million outstanding shares. 139 million market cap. So, where are the other 35 million to get us to 450 million shares?

Considering the number of outstanding shares increased by 37% today, that is really good.

IMO, the current share price is so low and outta whack that the market has already priced it as if there are a billion or even two billion shares outstanding.
