So what many of us suspected he meant was somewhat confirmed! I am guessing he meant - the final draft of the NWBO p3 pub now though and not necessarily a publication date but that he knows that the "Final" draft of NWBO pub has been "Finally" submitted.


We shall see.

I don't believe Chris read the paper. I think he is excited about reading it and he anticipates the publication any day now. (so he can read it). JMHO. I hope he is right and that we do see the article soon, you never know :)

i do not read it that way at all.

I think this confirms what some suspected - he has actually read the blinded paper, presumably related to his role in recent stock offers (can't see any other way he could get access to it). So, he is basing his comments on at least some real knowledge of the situation.

i believe he is expressing his anticipation..
