I would not be surprised to see news after conversion saying that the VC's waited for the conversion before to invest money. So I would not be surprised too that the VC's are involved and was already planned in the 10 millions shares.
I think Inwith will have soon the money and has reserved shares fo VC'S in the 10 millions shares, no need to add shares.
