And I would not be surprised... hell, I fully expect... that any VC's that are naive enough to invest money in BullWith will be small frys and invest a very small amount...

Frankly, any VC that would invest in a company lacking an office and employees, probably won't remain VC's for long...

And what recourse is there when the VC's do not materialize?

The VC's were supposed to be announced by the holiday season (months ago) right? The buy/sell matchup site and new website were supposed to be up by March 15th right?

So you are thinking the current shareholders get less than the 10M shares? Some posters here have stated they heard otherwise. Regardless, the math and dilution works out the same.
