If the ITC/intervenors fail to respond I believe Amarin will motion for the Judge to rule on mandamus petition. I think the ITC will definitely respond, I know it's pathetic FDA has failed to join this argument. The ITC placed the FDA's head on a platter with 3-5-2018 request for delay, obviously this is fine by me.
