The R/S (which totally SUCK btw) is still hanging out there but the last declaration was made back in the now infamous Dec 2016 8k stating "on or about Jan 31, 2017."

I don't know if that verbiage needs to be restated every year or those stated conditions are still in effect.

There are now 2,000,000 Class A & B preferred shares, as per the latest 8k.

Shareholders need to know if those shares are subject to same R/S (which totally SUCK btw) ratio as the common shares.

If not, Preferred Shareholders are going to make out quite well post R/S
(which totally suck btw)
