I think the only thing they can do now is to designate a portion of any profits for the next few years to Lattuca. They have no cash to pay him and he certainly will not accept a couple billion shares, which would make the stock more worthless than it already is. The only way Lattuca can get any money out of this company is if they are successful and he shares in the profits. By not accepting terms such as these he will be successful in shutting them down. If that is his desire he has everything he needs to do so.
