Settlement attempt prolly more like it ! If settlement occurs , details will determine the fate of the common SH’er me thinks . I give this a 10% chance of settlement that is good for lettuce —-( was much higher previously ) gegi and th common sh’er . Me thinks without settlement , gegi cannot continue as a business - they need $$$ amd cannot issue any shares at this time - gegi amd most probably the common sh’ers is not poopoo
