Mike has the CEO fire that’s needed to handle the public, it was announced that is his job.

The CEO has to oversee everything. Meaning, he oversees the specialists in each department, from tech, to manufacturing and even packaging when it gets to that point.

Mike was able to see the vision of Loudon and Darryl when he was approached (I’m willing to bet only Loudon and Jason probably met with Mike).

Why did they choose Mike and Andiamo?

First, likely the SS, and financials behind ANDI, a perfect candidate with a decent OS and very little debt.

Im more than sure Loudon and team observed many shells before deciding on ANDI.

The rest will be history.

Building a car takes many many disciplines. HF has a vision on how to scale the process but He wasn’t an expert on every aspect of it. He surrounded himself with those who were. If you don’t like the Henry Ford analogy then take Jack Ma head of Alibaba. Not a programmer or a technical guy at all. Didn’t even know how the internet worked...but had a vision for how it could improve commerce. Again, he is a visionary who gathers the technical experts to bring his vision to fruition.

Remember, Mike was appointed by the Utopya / Loudon Owen team to handle the public aspects of the company as announced in the November 28, 2017 Reverse Merger PR.

It literally does not matter if Mike has a background in cell phones or if he even owns a cell phone. He wasn’t appointed to run the technology side of the business. He was appointed to take care of the administrative work associated with running a public company.
