#46080 RE: RussTheBus #46069

Good thing we solved the mystery of "did one guys 'complaint' motivate a lengthy chill removal process in a few weeks"

Remember, Russ. they are two separate issues.

1. The relationship between the SEC and the Greenshift Corporation. I filed an online complaint to the SEC because the company hadn't filed anything on a bout a year and a half. As I told the SEC, this "curtain of silence" (a quote from Nobody12378) made it very difficult to do a sufficient amount of due dilligence regarding stock transactions. This meant that I was forced, by Greenshift's inaction, to make stock trades and open orders that were based on an insufficient amount of due dilligence.

2. The relationship between SEC-licensed stock brokerage firms and the Depositary Trust Corporation. The online complaint that I filed with the SEC had not direct effect on this relationship. I didn't take any direct action to remove the chill, so I cannot and will not claim any credit for the fact that the chill has been lifted.
