it implies that GERS took some corrective action, appealed to the DTCC and was successful.
I deserve some credit for their "success".

Fact is: Harry, you are taking too much credit for the good news regarding GERS Stock.

I believe KK is following the advice of counsel. Click on Post #46076 link to C&C. These guys know what they are doing; while KK is following their advice. KK does not need to follow the advice of InvestorsHub postings. KK needs to keep quiet and follow the advice of counsel.
