NOBO PR won't do anything, like I said, the run for the hype on it is over. lol, a tons company trying to "order NOBO list" now to hype their stock to dump shares but not working anymore after the initial hype. The currrent trend in price is best reflection of how the market will react to future events.
If you want to know the next up, anticipate the settlement on the Florida case but won't be anytime soon.
