You might want to go reread the filings. There is more than 3.06 million shares bought since the start of the year, by larger investors. The company raised the A/S and then pulled a R/S. They won't need another R/S for awhile but don't kid yourself or others about the O/S or the float numbers. The company hasn't updated those numbers and you have to talk to the CEO to get the new numbers, but he won't answer that question. You will only know the new share structure once the next filings are out but by then they will once again be outdated information.
