BBANBOB..... I think the shorting has been done..upside potential is greater than downside risk at this point... with the announcement of the merger, and banks willing to lend the money for the bridge funding, it looks like the merger is a done deal...at this time... I think the shorts know it, if in fact it was a short cover, or some big whale went long... remember the MM were holding the reins on this stallion for months now trying to get shares... of course, you and I are strong holders of this stock (10) years, or so...most newbies are traders, and would sell their mother for a nickel... that was the churning we saw each day, MM looking for shares...Its CAVU now (clear air, visibility unlimited) for us...get comfy in your seat.. were about to take off...GLTU... IMHO NO! Not with Volume: 3,831,443 they may wait another trading day or two before any moves by shorties in case....I know I would iffen I was shorting just be to play it safe and not get badly burned with that kind of vol.
