Totally 349,853,952 shares were Diluted or Dumped at 0.000197 ~ 0.0002 since VGTL just hit 0.0007 again on February 13 Alone!

When will this Illegal Giant Dilution be ended here? Where are the FINRA/SEC when we need them? The OS and float will be maximized at the AS size (2B shares) very soon!

5M-0.0002 x 57M-0.0003 now. We should see the All-Time-Low or Real Bottom 0.0001 again as soon as tomorrow...
