Nailed down. See post# 118557. Legal documentary lie. Ole Johnny inked an SEC Form NT 10-K for a late filing. The form comes with a time commitment. He blew it off.
So legally, he's in violation of the SEC's timeline. Just another OTC stinky pinky CEO blowing off the SEC. What? Is he the only CEO that's too busy? Guy has no excuse.
