Wrong. The original SEC form 10-K was due by a set date. Ole Johnny filed an SEC form provides publicly-traded companies to be granted a timed extension. He inked the form, made a promise in writing on a given date, then when the 10-K was due under the extension, he blew it off. In doing so, he lied to the SEC.
