I've never read where anyone has claimed Pref's or Commons are WORTHLESS. The point is they are no longer the original WAMUQ. WAMPQ, WAMKQ OR REIT Securities, those were cancelled. They are now represented as our Markers who are entitled to the former securities rights according to the POR.



Quote: "b) a Letter of.Indemnity which shall grant the purchaser any rights and privileges which might accrue to the holders of the physical securities"

Exactly what the Markers were established for....to distribute the remaining assets of the Debtors.

Also notice Piers and Dime are included.....their rights must be upheld even though the securities no longer exist post effective date. Piers have been and are being paid!!!

The way I read it is previously, you had the interest to the securities and it was canceled and worthless. However in its place, now you actually own the PHYSICAL SECURITIES. And so it is ENHANCED.
