My sentiments exactly. When company executives are not straight forward or down right dishonest, they scare many potential shareholders for good. I have a list of stocks I won't trade because the companies might be repeat offenders in the areas of dilution, fluff PRs, or failing to deliver on promises.
Without any significant catalyst, CBAY will most likely drift back down from here again. The market is beginning to see that only the biggest POS companies on the OTC markets are the ones ordering the NOBO lists, the hype is almost over. Many people don't understand just how insignificant a NOBO list is. All it will show are the number of shareholders who wish to receive company communication through their brokers. Most daytraders will not show up on NOBO lists because of the box they check when opening a trading account.
Any company that suggest a NOBO list will give a clearer picture into short sales is feeding everyone a line, especially if they are issuing shares while doing so.

skytrades..buyback is by friends of the company and true longs I heard, we'll know after Halloween. I actually wouldn't mind if the PPS dips so I can load up on Friday when a big chunk of funds is in the trading account.

I think you bash management and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and I think they truly do care about increasing shareholder value.

You claim mgmt is "crooked" and "behind this game", but then why did ABLE the pos MM show up 3 weeks ago and was constantly dumping and lowering the ask and flippin over the bid? Both ABLE and UBSS are the alleged shorter MMs, although I bet Arca is involved too. Tim told me he checked with the TA and Able hadn't registered any shares, so he thought they were shorting the stock.

Just my 2 cents as we sit here around .13 and you may be right, we may drift lower and personally I don't mind because it will benefit me to be able(no pun intended!) to add to my position. If the NOBO PR list is received and CBAY PR's us that there is a large short position, that will rock the stock and everyone will be happy again.
