The name change was the BOD's desire. They felt it was important. I'm sure that there are legal issues affecting the timing of the change. Additionally their could be valid reasons to move up or back the proposed and ratified name change. Lastly, I would think any tech related pr's coming up would be after the name change has occured. It would be nice for Groove to explain himself...or what they told him.
