Unfortunately that's been par for the course here.

So the company is telling us that over 3 months ago when they announced this to the shareholders they are still waiting on yes or no? Like I said. Sorry you had to call.

Groove, were you given any timeframe? I'd imagine the sec wheels churn slowly so I'd rather not place blame on NV if it's something out of their control. If the sec is anything like the FDA, good Lord. I wonder if contacting the sec would give us any insights into the process. I can't imagine why the state of Utah would delay the process at all. Don't we have a few lawyers/law students up in Utah now?? A few more thoughts...some may pose the theory that the company is purposely delaying the name change to buy time for whatever reason and that may be the case but the shareholders know the name was approved on 8/25 and the process can only take so long so the name change can't be held off indefinately. I'm betting on a delay of 2 to 3 weeks max, if at all. I'm also betting on a meaningful release to go along with it. Then again, I'm losing money right now so take it for what it's worth.
