to me it implies that GERS took some corrective action ....

I had three goals today. All of them have been met.

1. To inform those who had not heard, that I had filed a complaint with the SEC.

2. To inform everyone that I had received a reply yesterday from a real SEC employee regarding my complaint.

3. To state, as a documented fact, that the SEC responds to complaints.

I don't have a goal for today's trading volume or closing price.
