With the word "This" and "it" he referred to the removal of the DTCC chill. So this isn't connected to your action. You said it yourself. Keep it real. In doubt, ask him....he will be probably glad to explain "it" to you.

ALL IN THE FUTURE? My god. How wrong I've been to rightfully think the SEC doesn't care about your "complaint" and that your "complaint" has a will be largely ignored.
