B deal was not imminent, P results were not imminent, K trial was not producing tumor RECIST results, and cash is low, so we did what was prudent. None of this is ideal, but biotech is risky and takes longer than planned.
Looking forward to April. Progress is not always apparent.
We either haven't gotten a deal offer, or they weren't attractive terms. If any BP made a partner offer for B that was "too low", then it would wait for FDA response to the B-OM BTD application before considering upping the offer. So I don't expect any B deal announcement between now and this upcoming FDA meeting, whenever that is.
