...don't know about pathetic...but "cutting salaries" = "we will not meet our time projections"

...Mgt knew they could not meet time projections when they last reported and so they cut salaries to conserve financial resources. Mgt knew they had a choice....either contain expense via salary cuts...(to eek it out FDA "approval") or borrow and dilute more. Chose the better course...but they should have let the cat out of the bag weeks ago... "time delays" always corrosive on SH enthusiasm and confidence.
