2.) Over the coming days, shareholders can expect additional filings thereby solidifying the uplist process. OTC Markets will remove the “pink” designation in exchange for OTCQB once complete.

3.) Finally, the audit itself is complete! From the engagement to today the entire exercise was examining our transactions over the past three years, deposits, expenses, payables, receivables, contracts, inventory, you name it.

Well, that's weird that the audit was completed on March 7. Because here we are on March 15 & it's still not "complete".
4.) Adjustments could be completed as early as tonight by our accountant as there are not that many (however lets bank on them being completed tomorrow to be safe) and final review should be a quick turnaround.

5.) Audit update: This weekend we prepared the adjustments and will be submitting the updated 10-K with the requested revisions on Monday for final approval. There may be some minor back-and-forth with the auditors this week to get it ready for final submission. Stay tuned!

I guess we've got some hope left on this one in the form of a couple days.
Stop with the "no missed deadlines" nonsense. There have been missed deadlines for months, regardless of what you want to call them. Do I think it means the company is trash or that the CEO is a blatant liar? No, I don't, but I'm also not going to act is these events are meaningless. Unwavering & blind support is nice for some, but I won't be one of those people. When there are questions, there are questions. Plain & simple if you ask me.
