As I've already said, they just generate a header (the first page) of the PDF based on their old/outdated data, then append the "real" SEC filing...

Even Bloomberg is wrong on some issues

They just (stupidly) replaced the former company name "WMI" by "WMIH Corp." on many company profiles which makes "Long Beach Mortgage Corporation" a subsidiary of WMIH, which isn't the case, or did you see any reports that say this is still the case?!? Only because Bloomberg reports this doesn't make it true.

Or some former employess of WMI Inc. are now former employees of WMIH Corp. which is not the case.

And edgar-online jsut adds this wrong first page...
