What’s the rush, MYDX will take all the time it needs. That’s the benefit of having a product that no other company is offering. By the time MYDX is ready to announce, the market would have already demanded it.
In order to keep shareholders up to date we would only need an update if the pen will not be launching on time. So as far as I can tell CEO would know by now if shipment was to be delayed and would then need to put out PR as this would be material to the stock. Last time the pen was said to be available by 2nd half of 2017(April 2017 PR). Then late November PR announces pre-order and revised ship date. So they will tell us before 3/31 if it will not ship.
On another note: How can March be coming to a quick close... time is constant and very predictable. It can not be quick or slow, it is what it is and why would CEO tell people it will ship when they already said when it would ship... just to appease traders and flippers? The stock will go up on sales/revenues and CEO knows this. I think the PR about buyer beware is because of the lare material contracts developing based on the growing issue of mislabeling and misnaming rampant in the MJ sector today.
