nah.. that's nonsense! It is now fully disclosed, yes, but was not disclosed as part of court case asher v dbmm otherwise dbmm would have been all over that in their briefings and judge would have brought it up if they knew about it imo. looking at filing date of that document and the court case, etc, imo asher manipulated the court. go dbmm go
