Decicco is 'deferring' a $250,000 salary between him and his wife.

He can take this whenever the income allows.

Decicco has ICNB shareholders pay the bills but he gets 76% of any sales,

ICNB pays the rent and expenses on Decico's warehouse.

ICNB gets at BEST 24% of income but foots 100% of the bills!

However, I think you should double down.
