stocks 101. google search is very cool and brings up this consent decree. nothing secret about it except for the fact it was not disclosed to the judge nor dbmm back in 2016 (before it was visible on google but it was filed by sec, etc). only reason i can see that it was not discussed by either judge nor dbmm in the case files. go dbmm go
