Rather surprisingly, JBZY seems to be trying to catch up with very missing SEC filings, despite the fact that under old management, the company filed a Form 15 back in 2014.

That's quite unusual. But it's also irregular, since the only thing they should be filing with the SEC at this point is a registration statement.
