It there were "big investors" the terms would have been better.

Discounted equity notes are used when nobody wants your equity and IMO they could only raise $40 million, and I'm sure they would have taken out more, but nobody would pony up the capital.

The financials and forward guidance should provide more info.

Thing is the potential is there, but so is the shadiness you speak of too.

Makes for an interesting market.
