Wheres the Up-List news? Wheres the Merger news? I assume since those are the only reasons Derek Peterson would do a reverse split, That this would announced? hmmmm

Or is it that they sold off 1 billion shares through dilution--> and are not making enough money to cover the expenses ...which is hard to imagine because i think they have made all together $240 million dollars, and thats being conservative lol Against a generous 7o million dollars in expense

Boy as soon as that OS count start to max out at 1 billion , they sure did a reverse split real fast lol

insider enrichment schemes do not use their own money...lol They just steal yourslol

The dilution started all over again the minute they announced the reverse split with $40 million dollar debt lol

The PPS is dropping slowly ...just like it has done since January 15 2018.....

But this time we own less shares and the PPS is having a hard time holding $3.70

Whats even more scaryyyy is that the is NO VOLUME OR BIG INVESTORS WAITING TO JUMP INTO THIS PIT..... WE ARE SCREWED UNLESS A MIRACLE HAPPENS THURSDAY

THERES ALWAY 2019...OH WAIT THEY MIGHT RECYCLE THIS ALL OVER AGAIN WITH 1 TO 5 RS LOL
