Not true. Company said last Fall several times that they may dilute another million or two million shares to raise money. They diluted a bit in the Fall and everyone who was here knew about it. It was all disclosed.
The harvest numbers will show that they can easily repay the loan in cash to avoid any dilution. So they pound it down just before the crop numbers come out to load up.
