You can drill any time up North. It is more expensive in winter,as you have to heat the water that circulates to keep the drill bit cool.

I think you are right about the app.

Just so you know they don't have a mine. To develop a Cobalt mine would take 4 years and about $300 million dollatrs.

They need to drill to see if they can develop it into a mine if they good good assay results.
