I hope you are right!!! But I did watch him join the ask and sit at .0153 for a few minutes, over 170,000 shares processed on him with no changes on his ask. He then left the ask completely, came back at .0153 again about 10 minutes later, and same thing happened again. And you are correct, he is now not playing down on the bottom of the ask where he normally sits.
