That is false information. Keough worked with Phillips and served as the patent attorney. Phillips is fully aware that both of their names are on all versions of the published patent application.
Phillips took no steps to change the inventor names with the USPTO, and never took any legal action against Keough personally or professionally. The reason is there is no legal foundation on which to sue him.
Unlawful and unethical are two different things. You turn your back and unethicals have their hands in your pocket. Not the first time that has happened with lawyers.
