That is false information. Keough worked with Phillips and served as the patent attorney. Phillips is fully aware that both of their names are on all versions of the published patent application.

Phillips took no steps to change the inventor names with the USPTO, and never took any legal action against Keough personally or professionally. The reason is there is no legal foundation on which to sue him.

Keough unlawfully put his name as inventor on the patent application when he was simply the lawyer. He broke the law. He has defiled and ruined his stock. You probably lost a ton of money but you can invest here and make some

Unlawful and unethical are two different things. You turn your back and unethicals have their hands in your pocket. Not the first time that has happened with lawyers.
