All audits are never ending until they end... All audits take time... AMFE's audit has really not taken that long... Other company audits like POTN have taken over a year... SING took awhile... EAPH is going on over 3 years...

The spin off of IK is waiting for the uplist so the new company IK is spinning off into will already be uplisted...

The uplist will happen after the audit is done... The whole reason the audit is being done in the first place...

Gro3 has 2 active multi million dollar contracts...

Snakes and Lattes said they aim to have 50 locations in 2 years... Give it time...

There is absolutely no reverse split, no reason for one, CEO denied there will be one, it was never discussed by anybody but people spreading lies to begin with...

AMFE already qualifies for the uplist once the audit is done... They have no reason to reverse split... The OS is low...
