Lummy OK, but what is Company doing here?
Lummy Investment Structure is OK, if closed - which we expect soon.
My question is more about what Company is doing here now?
3/7 8-K they stated to have sold $4.6M of the $15M ATM.
Are they completing it at this price level now?
That sounds a bit stupid to me and may also give Lummy funny feelings, to have agreed to buy at $4.
Or are they holding off and we only see some shorts in action?
That would be the Q to ask here, because dumping $15M at this price surely doesn't too well for the share structure.
Notable, some broke $1.25 in AH yesterday.
