I mailed the company again yesterday and asked some questions to Richard D Katz. I also asked him agian about the Lummy Equity investment.

I will post the answer on that here, if you want me to send you the mail, let me know where I can post it to you.

"YOU ARE CORRECT IN THAT THE TERMS OF THAT INVESTMENT (AS DESCRIBED IN AN 8-K FILED WITH THE SEC ON JANUARY 8, 2018) ARE FOR THE PRUCHASE OF 375,000 SHARES AT $4.00 PER SHARE (BOTH FIGURES ADJUSTED FOR THE 1:20 REVERSE SPLIT)."
