Insiders/management have preferred shares that are convertible to common shares (what you buy) at usually multiple x per share. If they reverse split and don’t affect the share count of preferred shares, they multiply their value by the number of shares reversed in the split. This makes them able to dump those shares back into the open market on unsuspecting buyers. They cash out, you lose. ANDI appears to be setting up for the perfect RS Scam play. I have seen it far too many times on the OTC. This is text book.
