I think many here realize there will be more dilution in the next 4 weeks, at least I do. However, they will probably raise capital at a much higher pps (Oracle/Marketo) Post PR's. If revenue comes in heavy in the 2nd Q, then dilution will be minimized. I can handle one or two Capital Raises at a higher pps, all the capital will be utilized at the prime time and will not deter the eventual up listing.

Nope, they have a war chest full of cash which have they recently received from Private Placements & Kodiac. Also, did you know they have no more toxic debentures on the balance sheet? The only current dilution left is Kodiac shares which has a restriction on how many they can sell depending on volume percentages. Plus, we will find out soon how much revenues the company is making from subscriptions of its disruptive technology notifiCRM. Two-multi billion dollar companies have recently signed contract agreements with nFusz. Read all the recent 8Ks, PRs, & stickies on this forum. Plenty of Intel to go around. GLTU

WOW! Looks like they only have 28K cash? This looks like a pump before a financing/dilution is going to take place. I talked to IR, they didn't deny there would be upcoming dilution
