We don't have enough information on the private company to know how much to value the new company. They will eventually provide information, but it will be a slow process. As the information drips in, the stock price of XDSL will adjust.

The last RM I owned stock in, went from .0001 to .12 before a Reverse Split. I hope to see higher values here, but only time will tell.

Regardless of the quality of the new company, the price should go up because the value of an empty shell is .0001. The value of a real company going into a shell should be substantially better.

Thank you for the explanation. I guess it all depends on the new company. If they are legit and profitable or even if not and a pump and dump if you get out at the right time you could make money assuming it get's off the ground. Big risk and big gain potential if you have play money. Good luck, it just may work for you.
