How did you calculate that?

According to yahoo finance: total trades last week (3/5-3/9) was: 6,030,100. Multiplied by 6% is only 362K. Therefore, the greater of the 2 applies: 500K vs. 362K, so only 500K shares allowed to be sold this week. Or am I misinterpreting something (again)?
