Your point about Woodford not thinking much of the P5 report should not be ignored. One has to wonder what had changed between October 29, 2015 when he wrote this text, presumably to Navid Malik, and the end of November when he suddenly was insisting that the Phase 5 report that he didn't think much of be independently investigated.
Regarding the Job Descriptions: These paragraphs above and below the job descriptions are actually terribly (no frighteningly) written. They sound as if they were written by someone who is only passingly familiar with the English language. It appears as if this website lifted the original actual job description (which is fine) and sandwiched it between their very poorly written introduction and closing paragraphs.
